The Pool is the hot spot between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Whether sunning on the deck, cooling off on a hot summer day, or having a bite to eat at the Poolside Café, the pool is a perfect respite during the warmer months. We offer Swim Team, Water Polo, Dive Team, and Synchronized Swimming for children 17 and under, along with lessons for those new to swimming or looking to improve their stroke. Milbrook Aquatics and the Milbrook Lions Swim Club are a big part of our successful junior programming.

Milbrook’s 25-meter competitive pool with 1-meter diving well is fully lifeguarded with locker rooms, a café and a dining terrace. The pool area also features a splash pool for children aged 6 and under.
